I hope you're all doing fine! It's getting really warm these days in Germany and I'm not happy about that, because I just can't stand the heat. But anyways, I've recently been drinking a lot of Pukka Herbs Matcha Green Tea and decided, to share my opinion about this one with you today, so let's start! 😊
I'm a huge fan of tea, especially when it comes to green tea and since I tried so many brands, I had to try the one by Pukka too.
First I would like to let you know, how Pukka describes their Matcha Green Tea on their website:
"The super hero green tea for when superpowers run low. Welcome in pure emerald matcha powder – our magical super-ingredient blended with the goodness of three fairly-traded
whole leaf greens: Chinese Sencha, Indian Oothu and Vietnamese Suoi Gang. Shazam – superpowers recharged. Welcome to a magical new world."
We all know about the benefits that green tea has to offer us, it's stated as the healthiest beverage on the planet - and not without a reason. It's full of antioxidants and nutrients, which have powerful effects on our body. It's not only known to improve your brain function, it also helps with fat loss and can lower your risk of getting various types of cancer.
I'm drinking this tea from my Maneki Neko cup, which I've been absolutely loving lately. But you're not here because of the cup, or are you?
So, how does this tea taste? I can tell you, it tastes great! I made the experiences, that some of the green teas I tried tasted really bitter, of course original matcha like the ones you get in Japan just have to taste a bit bitter, but to be honest, I'm not willing to drink it when it exceeds a certain degree.
This one has a really balanced taste, it's really smooth and therefor pleasant to drink. And since I know that it's important for a lot of you guys, I want to give you some dietary informations. This tea is:
- Gluten free
- Soya free
- Wheat free
- Dairy free
- Nut free
Great, isn't it? The box comes with 20 classical shaped tea bags, which makes it easy to prepare this tea at work too, I don't know what you guys are up to, but for me drinking tea at work is essential and I can't imagine working in my office without drinking it. 🍵
Since I catched a cough and my voice sounds harsh the last days, this one helps me to feel energized and getting rid of my cough. I started drinking green tea intensively about 4 months ago and can feel a huge change to my body.
I love the Matcha Green Tea by Pukka Herbs and can only recommend you to try this one too! You can get it at supermarkets or you can do it like me and save money by buying more packages of this one on the internet.
Are you a tea addicted like me, too? What's your favourite tea? Tell me in the comments below!
Thank you so much for reading and see you again on my next blog post. ♥
